Skating Program(s) Cancellation and Refund Policy

Skate Canada Membership Fee: This is mandatory insurance and is collected by FSC and forwarded to Skate Canada. This fee is non-refundable.

Program Cancellation: Full Refund will be issued if the program is cancelled prior to commencement.

Program/Class or Lesson Refund: All refunds exclude the mandatory Skate Canada Insurance Fee. Refunds will only be offered up to 2 weeks into a session or 2 weeks from the date of program start. We will make every effort to accommodate families when assessing refunds. In order to assess a refund, you must make your situation known to our Registrar. Full refunds will only be considered for extenuating circumstances, ie; family relocation, injury or medical reasons (accompanied by a Doctor’s note.) Please note, if the session has started, your refund will be for the remainder of the session or lessons remaining.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for receipt of all eligible refunds.

Weather Cancellation - If skating classes need to be cancelled due to poor weather conditions there are no refund or make up classes available.  We want to ensure the safety of our members and our coaches

Please note a minimum of one week is required for any possible refunds.
